안녕하세요 환불요청하려고 하는데요 :)

제가 8월12일에 이곳에서 신발을 샀는데 신발이 제가 생각한 것보다 너무 작아서 환불하려고 해요 신발 이름은 23.65vsmulticolour입니다

혹시 환불신청이 언제되는지 알려주실 수 있나요 ? 감사합니다
